Rental conditions

§ 1 The rental object rents out to the tenant under the rental period agreed price. 25 procent of the total amount should bepayed at latest 7 days after the booking. The rest of the amount 40 days before the arrival day.

§ 2 The tenant should be careful and take good care of the rental object.

§ 3 The tenant is responsible for any damages caused, and will have to pay the value for the damages. If anything is damaged, please contact the landlord.

§ 4 Earliest time of arrival on agreed arrival day is 15.000 PM. On departure day, the tenant are responsible for leaving the cottage well cleaned 10.30 AM at the latest. Sheets and towels are not included in the price, but could be rented for 9 €/person and week.
